About the Author behind this tripe

Follow me on this unpredictable journey that is sometimes bitter, sometimes sweet, sometimes filled with suicidal tendency inducing doubts (Just kidding) but oftentimes filled with excitement and a slight sense of trepidation at what may follow.  This is the story of my journey in search of my goals by learning more about the world, its food and cultures.

Who am I?  Just a kitchen cockroach following his passion in chocolates and pastry by (trying to) crawl around the kitchens of the best in Europe and elsewhere.  Knocked off 2 out of 4 chefs on the ‘wishlist’, and will try as hell to worm my way in to the last 2, but if not, so be it.   Thats life innit?

Decided that if I’m gonna do something in life, its gonna be doing something I love with the aim of hopefully returning to Asia soon to start my own.   Hope I don’t get squished and trampled on on the way…….
